We also work extensively with For Sale By Owner (FSBO) real estate transactions and can guide sellers through steps for a successful closing and/or mortgage loan servicing set-up.

By having High Country Escrow service your loans, lenders limit engagement directly with borrowers, while providing a high-quality experience for all parties. Lenders receive timely disbursement of funds via ACH wire or paper check.

Please note that we offer comprehensive loan servicing, that is, management and maintenance of the loan. However, we do not do loan origination or funding of any kind.
